Why can’t I see the TinyCookie banner: Troubleshooting tips
If you can’t see the TinyCookie cookie banner on your website, there may be one of a few reasons. Check if the TinyCookie app is embedded, use Incognito mode in case you’ve already closed the banner before, or check if the banner is available in your location.

Reason #1: The app isn’t embedded
If you haven’t embedded the TinyCookie app, you and your site visitors won’t be able to see the cookie banner on your store.
To enable the app embed, open the TinyCookie app and click Configure under the “TinyCookie app embed” section.
In Shopify App embeds, toggle the TinyCookie switch on and click Save.
The cookie banner will appear as soon as you toggle the switch.
Reason #2: You’ve already accepted or rejected cookies
If you’re previewing your live website, consider that you may have already accepted or declined cookies. In such a case, switch to Incognito mode on your browser to confirm if the cookie banner is present on your website.
Reason #3: The cookie banner isn’t available in your location
TinyCookie lets you set locations where the cookie banner is available. If you’re based in the location where cookie banner visibility is turned off, you won’t be able to see it.
To manage cookie banner locations, go to TinyCookie > Settings > Geo location and turn locations on and off.
