How to add or remove buttons on the TinyCookie cookie banner?

TinyCookie lets you manage which buttons you want your cookie banner to have. Below, you’ll find guides for how to add or remove Reject, Close buttons, and the preference window.

Add/remove Reject button

1. Open TinyCookie > General settings.
2. Under “Buttons”, select or deselect “Show reject button” to add it or remove it.
3. Click Save.

Add/remove the Close (“X”) icon

1. Go to TinyCookie > General settings.
2. Under “Buttons”, select or deselect “Show close button” to add it or remove it.
3. You can also alter the “Close button behaviour” to reject cookies, to accept them, or to simply close the banner.
4. Press Save.

Add/remove preferences button

1. Open TinyCookie > General settings.
2. Under “Buttons”, select or deselect “Show preferences button” to add it or remove it.
3. Click Save.

Manage cookie categories

1. Go to TinyCookie > General settings.
2. Under “Preference settings”, select or deselect cookie categories that you want to keep in your cookie banner preference window.
3. Click Save.
